Delivery only possible to Switzerland and FL
  • free delivery by DPD for orders over CHF 49.00 (not valid for b2b customers)
  • Cost for delivery by DPD: CHF 12.00 * (delivery 1-2 days)
  • Cost for delivery of bulky goods by DPD: CHF 40.00 * (delivery 1-3 days)
  • Cost for delivery by Post Priority: CHF 12.00 (delivery 1-2 days)
  • Cost for delivery of bulky goods by Post Priority: CHF 40.00 (delivery 1-3 days)
  • Cost of delivery by Post Saturday delivery: CHF 18.00 (delivery on the next saturday)
  • Cost of delivery for bulky goods by Post Saturday delivery: CHF 48.00 (delivery on the next saturday)
  • Cost for delivery by Post Economy: CHF 9.00 (delivery 2-3 days)

Exchange or return is possible within 14 days after receipt. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Excluded from the right of return are articles that we have ordered from our suppliers especially for you.

If the returned goods are in perfect condition, we will refund your payments made for these goods in full or, if desired and possible, exchange them.

If the returned goods are not in perfect condition, we will refund part of your payment or, if desired and possible, we will agree on a solution for an exchange.

For refunds we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
Shipping costs for outward and return shipments are not refundable. Refunds are made within 14 days.
