ATK Newmark Freelock – Telemark and Touring Binding in One

The ATK Newmark Freelock is a versatile telemark and ski touring binding designed to adapt to different activities and boot systems. Its convertible setup allows it to be used in telemark mode with NTN boots or in ski touring mode with compatible touring boots featuring rear inserts. The flexible system makes it easy to switch between downhill skiing and touring.

Versatile Binding System

In telemark mode, the NTN hook is engaged and the heel pins are retracted. To switch to ski touring mode, the NTN hook is removed and the heel pins are activated. This allows the binding to be used with compatible touring boots equipped with rear inserts.

Two Touring Options

For touring, the NTN module can either remain installed or be removed. If the module remains installed, the heel unit must be rotated and the climbing aid activated. This allows the binding setup to be adapted to the chosen configuration and touring requirements.
