Extra-wide stainless steel screws for worn-out FCS plugs

If a thread on a fin plug is worn out, these screws can help. Due to their larger diameter, they grip the existing, worn-out thread better than the original FCS screws.

This solution is intended to extend the life of the fin plug a little longer. Eventually, however, even this will no longer help and the fin plug may need to be replaced.

Please note: Fin plug screws do not need to be tightened very tightly. The fins will hold if the screws are slightly tightened. If the screws are tightened too much, there is a risk that the threads in the fin plug will wear out and the screws will no longer grip properly!
